The living room in the apartment was so cozy and comfortable. It had this warm and inviting vibe that made us feel right at home. We loved spending time there, relaxing and chatting with the kids. It was definitely our favorite spot in the whole apartment!

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the bathroom. The shower had a bit of a weak water pressure.

It was fine base for travelling to Nice, I was glad to stay there. Had kitchen.

No negatives from this place!

It was magnificent close to many cafes. In fact, the property was close enough to old town, restaurants, the center of old town and the centre. Had a nice coffee at Gelateria Azzurro, located 5 minutes walk away. Bathroom was particularly good as was a walk-in shower...

cleanliness: The apartment was clean and in perfect condition. location: It's right in the heart of the old town - within walking distance to everything worth seeing. local insight: Being in the old town gave us a true taste of Nice's history and charm. service: The owner welcomed us with a bottle of French wine and a jar of wonderful berry jam.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect for exploring and enjoying the unique French atmosphere. The host was responsive and welcoming, even providing a bottle of wine as a gesture of hospitality.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, to cater to different preferences.

When I visited the area to explore, this place served as a great home base for my adventures. 🌞 It was perfectly situated, making it easy to get around and see everything I wanted to.

Plenty of electricity sockets for a group of four. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Small kitchen with all necessary amenities. Nice rain shower head in the bathroom. Friendly check-in service.

Stairs were challenging.

The apartment has a perfect and magnificent setting close to many cafes. It's just off the market, cafes, and beach, the center of the old town, and the tram, the old town.

I always choose this place. It's perfect! Wi-Fi, dryer, electric kettle, and more. Staff found my lost barrette. Coming back for a romantic escape.

We had a great experience at the apartment in the heart of the old town. the location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the nearby attractions. the apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sitting area. the host was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Despite being on the 4th floor, the stairs were manageable and provided a decent workout.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the apartment is mind-blowing for exploring the old town, close to everything - laundry, supermarket, beach, cafes, and restaurants. The fast internet connection and ample electricity sockets were a super convenience for our group. With 2 bedrooms and beds, it was perfect for us. The small but well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The stairs were not a problem, and the bathroom with the rain shower head and nice water pressure was a pleasant surprise. Annie was incredibly friendly during check-in and Xavier allowed us to drop our bags early.
